Ordering
What is your minimum order?
Programs typically start around 1,000 units and vary by product and fabric. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm what's workable.
Custom-made or stock?
Both. Custom to your specification, or ready stock ranges for faster reorders.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Request a sample with your enquiry and we'll set out the sampling and approval path before any production.
Can you develop from my tech pack or concept?
Yes. We work from a finished tech pack (OEM) or from an early concept (ODM), and also produce to your own brand as private label.
Production & delivery
How do you handle branding?
Embroidery, print, and woven or printed labels are handled in-house alongside the product, with custom packaging available.
How do you manage quality?
Garments are produced through vetted factory partners and checked against the agreed specification for fabric, fit, and finishing before they ship.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We coordinate production, documentation, and global delivery, and can set up managed reorders.
What are typical lead times?
Lead times depend on product, fabric, branding, and quantity. Once we understand the brief we'll give you a realistic, plannable timeline.
